Payment Convenience Your Way
Chaparral Veterinary Center offers several convenient options to pay for veterinary health care services. If you have payment questions, please contact us at 830-769-3737 prior to your visit.
Payment policy: Full payment is expected when veterinary services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept personal checks, cash, debit, VISA, and MasterCard. Returned checks are subject to a service charge.
Pet Insurance
Many pet owners are now purchasing pet insurance to help them afford veterinary health care for their pet family member. The staff of Chaparral Veterinary Center is happy to assist you in obtaining records and documents so that you may submit them to your insurance company. Please note that payment is still expected from you in one of the convenient forms referenced above.
